A RARE FIND for any bayonet collector. Manufactured by General Cutlery in 1969. Bayonet and scabbard are BRAND NEW. Made for the Viet Nam Campaign to be used primarily on the bayonet equipped shotguns for guard and riot duty. The blade is all metal parkerized and is 16 1/2 inches in length, in EXCELLENT condition. The handle is black checkered plastic and features a pinned guard. Olive Drab plastic sheath that reads U.S. M1917 and beneath that reads VZM (manufacturer).
