The Packshower is military issue and is designed to absorb heat energy from the sun even on cloudy days resulting in water temperatures much higher than the ambient air temperature. It comes with a Temperature Indicator safety strip located on the side of the reservoir so make sure to check before use. If "TOO HOT" is visible, DO NOT USE as it means the water inside the reservoir is dangerously hot and can pose a burning danger to the user. This container is not approved for potable drinking water nor is it an approved water filtration or purification device.
