These lightsticks have many uses. They can be used for vehicle identification markers, maintenance/refueling lights, route markers and disaster preparedness lights, personnel identification, cockpit illumination marker and a minimal light output marker. They work by bending until you hear a crack sound, at which time the chemicals blend and produce a glowing effect. Roughly a 12 hour burn time. 6 inches long.
