When Do We Ship: We only ship Monday thru Friday except on major holidays. Any order placed Friday after 4pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day (meaning Monday in most cases). Saturday Delivery is a possibility under certain circumstances, please call or email for additional information on additional charges.
Tracking Orders: After your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
Shipping Times: Please keep in mind that we typically ship FAST. Usually an order is processed and shipped within the first 1 to 8 hours of receiving an order, however, in some cases we allow up to 3 days to process each order. Remember we are PST (Pacific Standard Time). This means the customer MUST read and re-read before clicking order completion or the package may ship without corrections. In this case, it is not our responsibility to cover any additional costs incurred on your package during the shipping time and note that your credit card will be charged any additional costs that may come up.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping cost is done per order depending on weight and method of shipping. The cost that automatically prints on the confirmation page will only be for Ground within the Continental United States and for packages weighing less than 15 pounds. If you choose a method of shipping, other than Ground, we will contact you via telephone or email for an authorization on the correct shipping charge. To expedite this process, please be sure to include a usable daytime telephone number for us to reach you or your package WILL BE DELAYED. We will not ship your merchandise without an authorization if there is an additional cost. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered on your order is correct (including, but not limited to, apartment/suite #, street, etc.) If the address is not entered correctly and the package ships without notification of errors, you the customer will incur ANY and ALL additional charges made by our carrier to correct the address for delivery. We may notify you by email at the time additional charges are made to your credit card account. Any package with an order total over a certain amount , or if we find it necessary, will need a signature for delivery (in certain situations adult signature will be required).
The following shipping charges are based on the total cost of merchandise and the package weighing 15 pounds or less and are for Ground only. Shipping methods other than Ground will be determined by weight and dimension and a representative will contact you with the additional shipping costs either by phone or email once the order is placed (or we can give a shipping quote if a customer would like previous to placing an order). If a package weighs over 15 pounds and is considered an oversized package (dimensional size) the cost of shipping may change - in this case we will contact you with the additional amount needed to be charged to ship your package.

Where Do We Ship: We ship within the Continental United States and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you need to receive shipping bids, we will contact you so you can decide on the best method. You will always be contacted prior to additional charges to your credit card. Military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be shipped USPS and we will contact you for authorization on the correct cost of shipping. All packages are insured. We do not ship international orders at this time as we have no way to verify international credit cards of its true owner. APO/FPO Shipping: When filling out the information for your order, you must enter in the "Address" field your unit number and box number; for ships enter ships name and hull number; for Air Force enter PSC number and the box number. In the "Address Line 2" you can enter optional military command or organization name (ex. USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.) In the "City" field enter APO or FPO, etc. On the "State" line, select one of the following: AE- Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada; AA- Armed Forces Americas; AP- Armed Forces Pacific. On the "Zip Code" line, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. On the "Country" line, use the default choice of USA. Please use a phone number of someone in the states in case we need to contact them and also a workable email address to contact you. Order Processing: You may order from us online, by telephone, by fax, or by mail (send us your printed order with a check, money order, or credit card number on the sheet listed at the bottom of our web page). Orders are processed between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm PST, Monday thru Friday unless otherwise noted. We are closed on Sundays and there is no shipping on major holidays or Saturdays. You can cancel an order at any time prior to it being shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are pending a response for an outstanding length of time or appear suspicious in any way. Any mis-information on an order may prolong processing time if we can not reach the customer to proper information.
International Orders: We do not ship international orders at this time (including Canada). Payment Options: Payment can be made with US credit cards, debit cards or personal money orders in U.S. funds. The following credit cards are accepted; VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you use an American Express or Discover credit card the ship to address must be the same as the bill to address as stated in their contracts. With all credit cards we require that the billing address and CVV number match the one listed for the credit card you are using. This is a security measure to help prevent fraud for both you and our company. If the billing address entered on the order does not match the address on file with your bank, your order WILL BE DELAYED until we can verify your address and any corrections have been made with you. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shipping cart. You may ship to an address other than your bill to address as long as you are a Visa or Mastercard. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We do not ship or receive C.O.D. or layaway orders. Backorders: In the event where a color, size or item may be temporarily unavailable or on backorder we will contact you with a time line for its arrival and let you decide on waiting or canceling the order. Restricted Articles: You are responsible to check with your local authorities on purchases, regulations and restrictions of knives and/or other harmful items sold on our site. We will not be held responsible for items that are purchased by minors or do not comply with your local laws. Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Goods: We will gladly exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase as long as the following conditions are met - Sales receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges
- We re-charge your account for shipping and handling when exchanging goods
- Original tags must still be attached to merchandise
- All sales are final on anything marked closeout, used, or in some cases discontinued

- Merchandise that has been worn or laundered may not be exchanged or returned
- If an item is defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Some items are under warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer. Please check for all enclosed warranty information prior to contacting us. If the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty, you, the customer are responsible for getting the merchandise to the company where they will make their own decision regarding the item.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you must return an item, please send it insured, pre-paid with all of the pieces in the original packaging, along with the order papers and return receipt filled out. For your convenience all packages receive a return receipt and label within the package. Packages must be returned pre-paid - we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We try to inspect everything that leaves our business carefully, but sometimes things go unnoticed, we are only human. Please call us with any questions. If merchandise has been mis-used we reserve the right not to credit your account or repair the damages. DO NOT SEND BACK ANY FOOD/WATER MERCHANDISE as we can not refund these items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS. DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR SOILED clothing, equipment or footwear (Please note the separate conditions regarding footwear). By law sleeping bags and undergarments that have been used cannot be returned for credit. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If your parcel was damaged in transit please keep the carton and the contents intact and call the delivering carrier for instructions on how to handle the situation. Remember your package was insured. When you receive the footwear, try it on indoors and wear it around for a few hours on a clean surface. This will allow your feet to adjust to the boot/shoe. Make sure you are wearing the proper sock. If there is definite discomfort, send them back within 30 days for exchange or credit. Do not wear the new footwear outside unless you are completely satisfied. Soiled or damaged footwear will not be accepted for replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! All footwear is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted. In the event of a problem, we will repair, replace or make proper adjustments according to either the manufacturer's policies and ours. Normal wear and tear excluded. Sales Tax: At this time sales tax is added only to orders delivered within Washington Sate and requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order including shipping. The sales tax amount for Washington State will be determined according to which zip code the package will be delivered to. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose Local Pick-Up as your shipping method (whether you are in Washington State or any other state) your credit card will be charged Seattle's local sales tax of 9.5%, any necessary adjustments will be made at the time the order is received.
