Please keep in mind that we typically process and ship within 24 hours of receiving an order, however, in some cases it can take up to 3 days to process an order. Remember we are PST (Pacific Standard Time). This means the customer MUST read and re-read before clicking order completion or the package may ship without corrections. It is not our responsibility to cover any additional costs incurred on your package due to a delay in ship time because you did not respond to our attempts to contact you.
