Defective Goods

If an item is defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Some items are under warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer. Please check for all enclosed warranty information prior to contacting us. If the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty, you, the customer are responsible for getting the merchandise to the company where they will make their own decision regarding the item.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you must return an item, please send it insured, pre-paid with all of the pieces in the original packaging, along with the order papers and return receipt filled out. For your convenience all packages receive a return receipt and label within the package. Packages must be returned pre-paid - we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We try to inspect everything that leaves our business carefully, but sometimes things go unnoticed, we are only human. Please call us with any questions. If merchandise has been mis-used we reserve the right not to credit your account or repair the damages. DO NOT SEND BACK ANY FOOD/WATER MERCHANDISE as we can not refund these items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS. DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR SOILED clothing, equipment or footwear (Please note the separate conditions regarding footwear). All footwear is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted. In the event of a problem, we will repair, replace or make proper adjustments according to either the manufacturer’s policies or ours. Normal wear and tear excluded. Remember your package was insured.
